Retail, property, and community innovation projects developer Pricewide, Inc. recently celebrated a significant milestone with the groundbreaking ceremony for the much-anticipated EcoWonder Park at Third Space Makiling nestled within the heart of Barangay Real, in the City of Calamba.
Owned and developed by Pricewide, Inc., Third Space is the newest destination that promises to deliver an experience rooted in nature, rekindling connections through an exceptional landscape that blends nature, adventure, and lifestyle.

The event gathered esteemed guests, valued partners, and future patrons, all of whom share the vision of creating a space for connection, adventure, and a deeper appreciation for nature.
The groundbreaking ceremony was led by Hon. Mayor Roseller Rizal, highlighting the strong support from the Calamba City Government, and highlighting the project's positive impact on the local community. City Administrator Mr. Johnny Pamuspusan, Public Order and Safety Office Department Head Col. Conrado Masongsong, City Tourism Officer Karla Boholano, and Real Brgy. Captain Florencio Morales, Jr. were also present.
“I am so grateful to our partners for this development. The City of Calamba fully supports this initiative. We will work together to bring this project to life, helping the community, tourism, and economy, and working with us in responsibly improving our environment,” shared by Hon. Mayor Roseller Rizal during his welcome message.
Pricewide, Inc. representatives: AVP for Corporate Planning Diana Huang, AVP for Finance Cynthia Dizon, Corporate Marketing Head Chie Arao-Santos, Leasing Manager Cristy Nebril, and Operations Manager Ronelo Alvarez welcomed them.

Also present is Co-Founder of the Holy Carabao School Melanie Go who shared that “this project brings back the connection to self the family and the community. We aim to provide a place for visitors and residents of Calamba a place to relax, celebrate, and create new memories.”
